The design of the dosing nozzle and the fixed defined volume enables us to use a so-called mask spray tool to precisely apply minimal amounts of the release agent while maintaining process capability. 

The use of a spray head of this kind also achieves very short cycle times. These minimal amounts of release agent make it very difficult to apply this material using conventional spraying methods while still maintaining process capability.
